Exchanges

If you want to exchange a product, this has to be done within 14 days after you have received your order. If you wish to change to another color, size or another item, be aware of that returns and exchange are at your expense. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received them - with all its labels tags on.

Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods. Therefore, we recommend that you choose a carrier who provides tracking of packages.

Do not hesitate to email us in advance, in order to reserve a new product. Firstly, look if the product is available in our web shop. Please e-mail your order number and what you want to exchange to, to shop@stylein.com


Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.
The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.

 

Returns

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 14 days after you received your order.

If you wish to return a product, be aware of that returns and exchange are at your own expense. The product has to be in the same condition in which you received it/them and with all its/their labels and tags on. Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods and therefore we recommend you to choose a carrier who provides tracking of packages.

Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Paypal account after we have received the returned item.

How to do return/change a product

Fill out the order receipt, which was included in your order.  Transcribe which product you want to exchange or return, your name, phone number, email dress and payment method. If you paid by debit or credit card and you wish to exchange to a more expensive product, we need your card number to levy the balance.

Reclaim

If you want to make a reclaim a product, you must contact us by email or phone and notify us of why you do not accept the item and specify why you think the product is not correct. Email to shop@stylein.com or call us at +46 8 643 33 10.
We will send you a prepaid waybill and instructions. Make sure to notify Stylein of any complaint as soon as possible.
