Which data we store and how we use it

Stylein AB collects customer personal data in order to deliver a smooth and safe service for customers. We collect data for the following reasons:

  •     To be able to complete purchases (both for deliveries and through choice of payment)
  •     When creating an account at
  •     Through contact with our customer service team
  •     Through analytics for a user-friendly experience.

This data may include your name, delivery and billing address, email address, contact numbers and specific purchase details.

In addition to data collection, we receive your IP address when you browse our website, in order to transfer information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. This is not connected to any personal information.



Who can access your personal data?

We will never pass on, sell or swap your data for any purpose to third parties outside the company. Your data may be shared within the Stylein AB. We are also working with consultants, but we do have an agreement which says that the personal data will be protected and handled securely. On what terms are we storing your personal data?

Regarding the European law, we have collected where and why the information is collected under attachment A.
We are storing personal data maximum 60 months.


How do we get your consent to use and store your data?

The information collected when placing an order is based on legal requirements. You also have to accept the terms and conditions when you are placing an order at

When you provide your personal information by signing up for our newsletters or contacting our customer service team, you need to give your consent for collecting and using this data for that specific reason only.

You have the right to withdraw your consent of any personal data processed by Stylein AB at any time, but if you are in following situations we won’t be able to deliver our service:

  •     You have an ongoing issue with our customer service.
  •     You have placed an order which has not yet been processed and shipped.
  •     You have made a purchase that you want to return.

For all business made, we will keep your personal data in connection to your transaction for bookkeeping purposes.
