Head of Production

We are currently looking for a Head of Production to cover a maternity leave for approximately one year at our Stockholm headquarters, starting in March 2025.

This full-time position plays a vital role in managing our production and buying department.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain daily communication with our international suppliers and factories.

- Ensure quality assurance throughout the production process.

- Plan and monitor delivery schedules and collection deadlines.

- Negotiate effectively with factories.

- Track and follow up on budgetary requirements.

Qualifications:

- Significant experience in production and buying.

- Strong knowledge of textile materials and qualities.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

- Highly organized and structured approach.

- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.
