You will be a part of the ateljé team and work closely with head of design and production to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including measurements, fabric specifications, trims, and construction details.
- Update and adjust specs based on sample reviews and production needs.
- Create flat sketches and detailed technical drawings.
- Review samples for accuracy in design, fit, and quality.
- Ensure that finished garments meet quality and durability standards.
Requirements:
- A degree or equivalent experience in garment technology, fashion design, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern-making, and fabric behavior.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator for creating technical drawings and flats.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mentality with a positive personality
- A collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills for liaising between design, production, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with Delogue PLM or similar software

Atelier Intern (Technical Design/Product Development)
Are you passionate about fashion design and eager to gain hands-on experience in product development and technical design? We are excited to offer a dynamic internship opportunity for a Technical Design/Product Development Intern to join our team at Stylein’s Headquarters in Stockholm.
As an intern, you’ll immerse yourself in the daily operations of our atelier and participate in the creation of a collection—from initial concept to finished garment. This internship is for the spring semester of 2025 and lasts for a period of 6 months.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Atelier team to transform creative designs into garments.
- Participate in fittings and contribute to analyzing the fit and structure of prototypes.
- Assist in developing detailed technical specifications and documentation.
- Measure and evaluate samples, including shipment samples, to ensure quality and fit.
- Support the atelier team with day-to-day tasks and ongoing projects.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled in a relevant fashion design or textile product development program.
- A solid understanding of patternmaking principles and garment construction.
- Detail-oriented, with a sharp eye for precision and quality.
- Organized and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Passionate about fashion, trends, and innovation.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
