SUPPLY CHAIN & PRODUCTION INTERN

Location: Stylein Headquarters, Stockholm
Duration: 6 months with start in January 2026

Are you passionate about fashion and eager to gain a broad, hands-on understanding of how a fashion brand operates behind the scenes?
Stylein is now seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Intern to join our team for the spring semester of 2026.

This unique internship offers a rare opportunity to work across several key areas of the company such as wholesale operations, logistics & supply chain, atelier, and product development, giving you a holistic view of the full process from design to finished product and customer delivery.
You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative environment where no two days are the same, and where you will gain real responsibility and meaningful experience within multiple teams.

Your Responsibilities:

Wholesale & Operations Support

- Assist with seasonal sales preparations, including line sheets, sales materials, and order confirmations.
- Manage and process customer orders and reorders, ensuring accuracy and up-to-date information.
- Monitor stock levels and support daily communication with clients and agents.
- Provide operational support such as handling after-sales matters and preparing required shipping and customs documentation.

Product Data & System Administration

- Maintain accurate product information in our PLM systems (Extend and Delogue).
- Support the creation and updating of digital sales tools and line sheets.

Atelier & Product Development Assistance

- Handle sample management, including measuring and quality checks.
- Participate in fittings and support evaluation of fit and construction details.
- Update item lists, assist with technical documentation, and support sourcing tasks.
- Contribute to the atelier's daily workflow and ongoing development projects.

Who We’re Looking For

You may come from different backgrounds, the role is designed to suit applicants who have experience or ongoing studies in ONE of the following areas:

- Textile product development or similar
- Fashion business, supply chain, logistics, or similar
- Buying or production

We believe you are:

- Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- A strong communicator with a collaborative mindset
- Passionate about fashion and interested in how a modern fashion company operates end-to-end
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Experience with PLM systems, Adobe Suite, or Excel is a plus — but not required.

PR & SHOWROOM INTERNSHIP

Stylein is looking for a PR & Showroom Intern, an opportunity to enter the world of fashion this fall, with start as soon as possible. 
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion, PR, and branding? Stylein is now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PR & Showroom Intern to join our PR team at the Stockholm HQ.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a Scandinavian fashion brand and gain valuable insights into how PR and brand communication is managed across multiple markets.
As our intern, you’ll be working closely with our in-house team and external agencies across Sweden, Germany, the UK, and Norway. You’ll support everything from press loans and influencer seeding to photoshoots, showroom coordination, and event planning.
You’ll also be involved in marketing meetings with retailers and help prepare content and materials for campaigns.
Though the role is focused on PR and showroom, you’ll get a broad understanding of how we work with brand building and marketing globally, all from our Stockholm-based office, located in a creative and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating with international PR agencies
- Managing press loans and sample trafficking
- Assisting with influencer seeding and communication
- Preparing materials for photoshoots and campaigns (samples, packshots, lookbooks, etc.)
- Supporting the team in event planning and execution
- Maintaining showroom organization 
- Assisting in marketing-related admin 

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Available for a minimum of 3 months – preferably 6 months
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Communicative, well-organized and structured
- Passionate about fashion, social media and brand marketing
- Ambitious, proactive and comfortable with both creative and administrative tasks
- A team player with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Previous experience in PR, events, or showroom work is a plus
