Stylein is looking for a PR & Showroom Intern, an opportunity to enter the world of fashion this fall.
Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in fashion, PR, and branding? Stylein is now looking for a motivated and detail-oriented PR & Showroom Intern to join our PR team at the Stockholm HQ.
This is a great opportunity to be part of a Scandinavian fashion brand and gain valuable insights into how PR and brand communication is managed across multiple markets.
As our intern, you’ll be working closely with our in-house team and external agencies across Sweden, Germany, the UK, and Norway. You’ll support everything from press loans and influencer seeding to photoshoots, showroom coordination, and event planning.
You’ll also be involved in marketing meetings with retailers and help prepare content and materials for campaigns.
Though the role is focused on PR and showroom, you’ll get a broad understanding of how we work with brand building and marketing globally, all from our Stockholm-based office, located in a creative and fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating with international PR agencies
- Managing press loans and sample trafficking
- Assisting with influencer seeding and communication
- Preparing materials for photoshoots and campaigns (samples, packshots, lookbooks, etc.)
- Supporting the team in event planning and execution
- Maintaining showroom organization
- Assisting in marketing-related admin
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Available for a minimum of 3 months – preferably 6 months
- Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken
- Communicative, well-organized and structured
- Passionate about fashion, social media and brand marketing
- Ambitious, proactive and comfortable with both creative and administrative tasks
- A team player with a strong eye for detail and aesthetics
- Previous experience in PR, events, or showroom work is a plus

This is a maternity leave cover for approximately 10 months, offering a unique chance to take ownership of key initiatives and truly make an impact during an exciting time for our digital business.
The position is full-time and based at our headquarters at Södermalm, Stockholm, with start October.
- Lead and Drive Online Sales: Develop and execute digital sales campaigns, online offers and themes, as well as commercial plans to meet revenue targets.
- Responsible for the Online Stores: Manage product listings, online collections, content enrichment, and visual merchandising to ensure a compelling and consistent brand experience.
- Customer Engagement: Manage daily customer service via email. Moderate interactive live shopping events
- Optimize Digital Advertising: Evaluate ad performance, set requirements for our advertising agency, and ensure maximum results on every campaign.
- Coordinate with Key Partners: Collaborate with our development agency, warehouse and logistics partners to enhance website functionality, implement new features, and ensure seamless backend operations that support a smooth and reliable customer experience.
- Enhance User Experience: Continuously improve the digital customer journey, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and conversion-optimized shopping experience.
- Performance Analysis: Create and evaluate analytical reports, identify improvement opportunities, and track key KPIs.
- Stock & Logistics Insight: Analyze inventory levels to minimize stockouts and ensure product availability aligns with campaign plans.
- Drive Digital Innovation: Lead and execute strategic projects to continuously enhance the online store experience—whether through technical upgrades, new feature rollouts, or customer-focused improvements that support growth and conversion.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms
- Strong analytical mindset with a love for data-driven decision-making.
- Experience in campaign planning, digital advertising, and sales-driving initiatives.
- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives.
- A creative eye for digital merchandising and user experience optimization.
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
