RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it please read the following before you proceed:

Any returns or exchanges has to be done within 14 days after you received your order. For orders placed during December we offer extended returns (30 days). Note that all items must be returned in original condition, i.e. that they are not used, all original labels and tags remain on the product as when you receive them. Please note that missing items or any perfume, make-up, deodorant or stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items and take an extra look around you to make sure you haven't missed anything that needs to be returned. We will not accept refunds on broken, missing, used, faulty or in any way altered items and will be returned back to the customer. 

If you've received a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please read "complaint" below before making your return. 

To proceed with your return please register here and you will be redirected to our return page. Follow the steps and don't forget to choose the return tab at the top. When your return has been submitted you will receive an email with further instructions. Please note the following: 

  • We do not stand for the return shipping costs* and it will be deducted from your refund.

  • If you’re a returning customer we now offer store credit refunds, if you want. Returners has the option to save store credits + get 20% off on your next order online at stylein.com only. A bonus for all returning customers. 

  • We're unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after the 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

* Return shipping costs are:
Sweden: 80 SEK
Within EU: 20 EUR
Rest of the world: 30 EUR

Don't forget to fill out the delivery note as well, which was included in your order and send it back to us with your returned goods. Mark the products you want to return or make a complaint about and send back to us in the same box and we'll be able to match it with your return registration online in case any changes. If you wish to return two orders in the same shipping please include both delivery notes in the same box. 

No return labels is included for any customers and will be available to download when your return has been registered here. For all online orders a return cost will be added at your expense and will be deducted from your refund.

- If we accept the return your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card or Klarna invoice after we have received the correct returned item. If the return is not accepted for different reasons we will reach by email with more information. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment method and the invoice will expire soon after you return the item, we recommend you to report the return in their app as the invoice will be paused. 

- Once we have received, processed and accepted your return at our warehouse we will contact you by email with a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return. During sale periods, please note that it may take longer for us to process your return. 

- Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded. The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for all orders.

EXCHANGES

We offer free exchanges for size and product changes within the same product category and price worldwide. If you wish to make an exchange for your order, press here to proceed and you will be directed to our return page. Follow the steps and don't forget to choose the exchange tab at the top. If your size or color is in stock you will be able to make an exchange. When your exchange has been submitted you will receive an email with further instructions. Please note the following: 

  • We only offer one (1) free exchange per order. If you wish to make a second exchange, we will not cover the shipping costs.

  • We’re unable to accept returns beyond the 14 days of your receipt and anything sent to us after 14 days may be rejected and returned back to you.

  • When you drop off your package at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

  • Note that duties and taxes on order shipped outside the EU can not be refunded.

COMPLAINT

If you have received a damaged, incorrect or in any way defected item please press here to proceed ,within 14 days from delivered date, and you will be directed to our return page to make a claim. Please attach photos of the defect and choose the claim tab at the top. When your complaint has been submitted, we will get back to you in a seperate email with further instructions.

Please note the following:

  • If we accept the complaint we will send you a prepaid return note and further shipping instructions. Make sure to notify Stylein of any complaint within 14 days from delivered order date.

  • When you drop off your return at the post office, we highly recommend you to obtain the tracking number and proof of postage for further reference.

UNCOLLECTED ITEMS

If you don't pick up your goods, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is currently 150 SEK. Uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
