Order information

After you have completed an order, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided at the checkout. The email contains all the information about your order, such as payment, shipping address, products, prices and shipping costs. If something is incorrect, contact us directly at email info@stylein.com or phone +46 8 643 33 10

You have to be 18 years of age or older or have received your parents or guardians' approval when ordering.

Payment

Credit cards Visa / MasterCard / American Express
The full amount will be charged on the date of the shipment (i.e. when the package is dispatched).

Klarna Invoice Available for only The Nordic countries
We work with Klarna for payment through invoice. The invoice is sent out via email once the order is delivered. More information is available on www.klarna.com

Swish payment available only for Swedish customers
We work with Mondido for payments through Swish. Easy and quick payment directly in the app. 

Delivery time

All orders are completed at our distribution center in Borås, Sweden; normally within 3 business days. During sale periods the delivery time may be longer. We operate Monday to Friday and not during public holidays. If you believe that your order is delayed, please contact us directly via email, info@stylein.com or phone +46 8 643 33 10.

Swedish orders are shipped with DHL and Budbee, and its delivery time is between 2-5 business days with DHL and 1-2 business days with Budbee. Depending on submitting and where in the country you live, it can sometimes take 1-3 days extra.

International orders are shipped with UPS. When shipping with UPS, please note that the goods cannot be delivered to you without your signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) during business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing your order, for example your work address.

Shipping & Returns:

Our warehouse is located in Borås, Sweden. Meaning all orders worldwide are shipped from the same warehouse in Sweden. Swedish orders are shipped with DHL or Budbee, and its delivery time is between 2-5 business days. Depending on submitting and where in the country you live, it can sometimes take 2-3 days extra.

All international orders are shipped with UPS. When shipping with UPS, please note that the goods cannot be delivered to you without your signature and that couriers usually operate between 08.00-18.00 (8am-6pm) during business days. You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when placing your order, for example your work address.

Please note that all orders shipped outside of EU will be charged of customs duties. These charges vary a lot and depends on the total amount of the order, what kind of goods it is and from which country it is shipped

If you are not satisfied with an item and wish to return it, this has to be done within 14 days after you received your order. Note that all items must be returned in original condition, i.e. that they are not used, all original labels and tags remain on the product as when you receive them. Please note that any perfume, make-up or deodorant stains on the product means that we cannot accept a return so please be careful when you try the items. 

DHL return

- Fill out the delivery note, which was included in your order. Mark the products you want to return or reclaim and send back to us in the same box. If you wish to return two orders in the same shipping please include both delivery notes in the same box. 

- A return label is included for Swedish customers only. For all international orders a return deposit will be added at your cost and you will have to arrange your own return back to our warehouse. Thus, the return cost may vary. 

- Your refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card, Klarna invoice or Swish account after we have received the returned item. If you have chosen Klarna invoice as payment method and the invoice will expire soon after you return the item, we recommend you to report the return in their app as the invoice will be paused. 

- Once we have received and processed your return at our warehouse we will contact you by email with a confirmation. Please note that it may take up to 14 days for us to process and refund your return. During sale periods, please note that it may take longer for us to process your return.

Budbee return

- No return label included with Budbee orders as they will attach it themselves when picking up your order. Schedule your own return by following the link in their latest delivery text or in their app. Depending on your postal code, you're able to return your parcel with Budbee home pickup or Budbee box. If your not able to book a return please contact us at info@stylein.com 

- Schedule a pick-up time and date that suits you. Budbee will keep you updated via text or through their app, you can follow the driver in ream time on their tracking map. 

For orders outside Sweden: A return label is included for Swedish customers only. For all international orders a return deposit will be added at your cost and you will have to arrange your own return back to our warehouse. Thus, the return cost may vary. Note that you are responsible for the shipping until we have received the goods and therefore we recommend you to choose a carrier who provides tracking of packages.

- Note that duties and taxes on orders shipped outside the EU can not be refunded. The shipping cost is also nonrefundable for orders shipped outside Sweden.
